Sit back while the kids enjoy the mini-farm!

We seek to find the best child and family-friendly spots on the Coast, by bringing you a short review of the places we find.

This week, we look at the The Tame Fox Cafe, which has opened up in Erina.

We think that The Tame Fox is an absolutely awesome place for both parents and kids! Why? Mums and Dads get to kick back and relax inside this cool cafe or enjoy some sunshine sat at the outdoor seating areas, whilst enjoying a refreshing drink or some delicious freshly made food.

Meanwhile, the kids can visit the amazing mini farm. You heard it right, a real farm, with real animals, to keep little (and big) ones entertained and delighted.

The cafe is a sister cafe to the popular The Boy and The Rose cafe in North Avoca and has been designed beautifully. There is a chilled out, welcoming vibe when you enter, with plenty of seats and high chairs available. Choose to either sit inside the cafe, outside at one of the large picnic benches or simply pull out a picnic rug on the large grassy area.

The refreshing drinks menu offers a range of healthy juices, fresh smoothies and warming hot drinks and the mouth-watering food menu has some absolutely delicious dishes and snacks to choose from.

Now for the most exciting part- the mini farm! Children of all ages will adore watching the little animals run about on the farm. There's two woolly sheep, some cheeky goats, a couple of gorgeous little pigs and a beautiful miniature pony to say hello to!

This cafe has received huge thumbs up from us we'll definitely be back for a visit!

Location: The Industry Grounds, 224 The Entrance Road, Erina
