Yoga is a fantastic way you can gently exercise during pregnancy and the classes at The Yoga Collective in Terrigal are simply beautiful, relaxing and calming for any expectant mother. Classes are held over a six week course and participants can expect to learn yoga postures and breathing techniques, that will not only help you stretch and strengthen your body, but also help you prepare yourself for labour and birth.
