Morning Sickness

Hi Mums,
I had severe morning sickness with my first pregnancy the whole way through. I'm now 10 weeks with baby number 2 and have been sick since 2 weeks in. Just wondering how other SAHM's balance having a 1 year old and morning sickness? My partner is great and does a lot when he is home, but the days are really tough. TIA
