Children will love the fun kids play area!

Central Mums seeks to find the best child and family friendly spots on the Coast, by bringing you a short review of the places we find.

The Central Coast has many fantastic clubs, hotels and pubs selling great food, which are family friendly too. This week we checked out [Link http://www.ettalongbowlingclub.net/ ] and gave it a thumbs up for its fantastic menu and the way it caters for families.


Children will love the fun kids play area, located in the Alfresco Brasserie , which consists of an enclosed play structure with slides and tunnels, plus a games arcade area for the older kids. This kids area will be sure to keep everyone busy whilst they wait for food!



The menu at the Alfresco Brasserie is varied and large, with plenty of delicious dishes to choose from, including wood fire pizzas. There's also a good kids menu too, which is great value for money – kids eat for only $6.90, and that includes a soft drink and an ice cream. To check out the Alfresco Brasserie menu, see here .


The bowling club is also home to several other restaurants and bars, including The Greens Cafe , where you can get coffees, cakes and even Crazy Shakes, Harry's Chinese Restaurant for some delicious authentic Chinese cuisine and three different bars to choose from, one of which is situated in the Alfresco Brasserie, meaning parents can kick back with a cold beer or cocktail whilst the kids play.

Another worthy point to mention about the club is that the toilet facilities in the Alfresco Brasserie are really well equipped for parents with young children. In the female toilets, mums and carers can find a family area, which has a curtain to pull across for privacy and two comfy chairs for feeding in. There's also a change table, a microwave and a vending machine selling nappies.



If you're local to the club, fancy trying somewhere different on the Coast, or even holidaying here, the is a great place to take the whole family for a decent feed. It's great value for money, while the kids can enjoy the fun facilities of the club's playground.
